Prohibited Items Policy

Zero tolerance

• Listings are screened automatically. Clear violations are rejected. Possible violations are held for human review and stay hidden until a moderator approves them.
• Breaking this policy, or trying to evade it with code words, misspellings or images, gets the listing removed and can get your account permanently banned.
• We cooperate with valid legal requests and report child sexual abuse material and imminent threats to the authorities. See section 5 of the Terms of Service for what data we do and don't hold.

1. Drugs and drug paraphernalia

• Illegal or controlled drugs and substances, including "legal highs", synthetic cannabinoids, research chemicals and psychedelics.
• Cannabis and THC products, wherever they are sold.
• Drug paraphernalia sold or marketed for illegal drug use (for example crack pipes, or kits for cutting or pressing pills).

2. Prescription and regulated medicines

• Prescription medicines of any kind, including opioids, benzodiazepines, stimulants and erectile-dysfunction drugs.
• Steroids, peptides, injectables and medical devices that need a prescription.

3. Weapons, ammunition and explosives

• Firearms of any kind, including antique, replica-convertible, 3D-printed and "ghost" guns.
• Firearm parts and accessories: receivers, frames, barrels, magazines, suppressors/silencers, conversion and auto-sear kits.
• Ammunition, primers, gunpowder and reloading components.
• Explosives, fireworks, grenades, detonators and instructions for making them.
• Other weapons: tasers and stun guns, pepper spray, switchblades, butterfly knives, brass knuckles, and other weapons designed to hurt people.

4. Counterfeits, fake IDs and documents

• Counterfeit, replica or "inspired by" branded goods, and anything that infringes a trademark, copyright or patent.
• Fake or altered identity documents, passports, driver's licences, diplomas, and templates for making them.
• Counterfeit currency, stamps and tickets.

5. Stolen goods

• Anything stolen, or that you have reason to believe is stolen, including items with removed or altered serial numbers.

6. Financial instruments, accounts and credentials

• Bank accounts, payment cards, card numbers, "dumps", "fullz" and CVVs.
• Securities, loans, gift cards and stored-value cards sold for cash-out, and money-transfer services.
• Online accounts, login credentials, verified ("KYC'd") accounts and SIM cards registered to someone else.

7. Hacking tools, malware and personal data

• Malware, ransomware, exploits, botnets, keyloggers, phishing kits, and "carding" or "cracking" tools.
• Databases, leaks or lists of personal data, and doxxing services.
• Devices sold for illegal interception, skimming or bypassing security (for example card skimmers).

8. Child sexual abuse material and sexual content involving minors

• Any sexual content involving minors is banned without exception. This includes drawn, animated or AI-generated material. We report it to the authorities and ban the account permanently.
• Adult sexual content and sexual services are also not allowed.

9. Human and animal trafficking, and protected wildlife

• People, human organs, tissues or bodily fluids, and anything that facilitates trafficking or exploitation.
• Live animals.
• Endangered or protected species and their parts, including ivory, rhino horn, tiger parts, pangolin scales, shark fin and products made from them.

10. Hazardous materials

• Toxic, flammable, corrosive, radioactive or infectious materials, poisons, and pesticides that are banned or restricted.
• Recalled products and items that are illegal to ship.

11. Alcohol, tobacco and vapes

• Alcoholic drinks of any kind.
• Tobacco, cigarettes, cigars, nicotine pouches, e-cigarettes, vapes, e-liquids and vape cartridges.

12. Gambling

• Lottery tickets, raffles, betting slips, gambling accounts, and "mystery" sales that work as games of chance.

13. Services and non-physical items (MVP)

• During the MVP, ZecMarket supports physical goods only. Services of any kind, digital downloads, software licences, subscriptions and accounts are not allowed.

14. Anything illegal where the buyer or seller is

• Any item that is illegal to sell, buy, own, import or export in the buyer's or the seller's jurisdiction, even if it is not listed above.

Changes to this list

We update this list as laws and abuse patterns change. Our moderators may remove listings that break the spirit of this policy even if the item is not named here.
